2. Data We Collect

We do not require you to create an account to browse our handpicked collections. If you join the newsletter, we store your email address, subscription status, signup source, and consent dates so we can manage the list and honour unsubscribe requests. If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, subject, message, and delivery status so your message is not lost if email delivery is temporarily unavailable.

We may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns through security controls, cookies, and analytics. Contact-form rate limiting uses a one-way hash of the connecting address rather than retaining the address in the saved message.

If you give a product a thumbs-up, we set a random, account-free reader cookie for up to one year so the same browser can add only one thumbs-up to that product and can remove it later. The saved reaction uses a product-specific one-way digest of that random identifier, which prevents the stored marker name from being matched across different products; it does not contain your name, email address, product-store account, or a claim that you purchased the item. Reader counts are used to rank reader-loved products across the site.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

SoftNestStyle is a participant in various affiliate marketing programs. When you click on a link to a product and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we truly believe are useful for modern families.

4. Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to original news publishers, partner stores, and optional sharing destinations such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Pinterest. We do not load those providers merely because you read a page, and SoftNestStyle does not count or store your sharing activity. If you choose one of those links, you leave SoftNestStyle and that provider's own privacy terms apply.

5. Email Delivery and Storage

Website content, contact messages, newsletter subscriptions, and campaign records are stored using Cloudflare services. When email delivery is enabled, the recipient address and message content are sent to our email delivery provider for processing. We do not sell newsletter or contact information.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing changes the subscription status so future newsletters are suppressed. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete contact or newsletter information associated with your email address by using the Contact page.

You can remove an individual product thumbs-up by tapping its active button again. Clearing the SoftNestStyle reader cookie prevents the browser from reconnecting you to earlier anonymous reactions; because those reactions contain no account or contact detail, we generally cannot identify a particular anonymous record after the cookie is cleared.
